(AKA) Realtyman306 - Buying or selling a “house" can be cold and business like, but buying or selling a "home" is personal and at times very emotional. Over the span of my working life, I have personally been involved with the assistance of realtors® in buying and selling many homes and that was before my career as a professional realtor® began. I have witnessed “the Good, the Bad and the Ugly”. I have moved from coast to coast to coast and at one time I even resided overseas. My 28 plus year military career afforded me the opportunity to see the difference between a professional realtor® and a realtor® in a profession. I'm relatively new to Saskatchewan, moving to this beautiful province in 2019, but my real estate experience in helping clients buy and sell residential, commercial and farm real estate is not new. Many years ago I joined the Canadian Armed Forces to serve the public, I found serving and helping others went from being my profession to being my passion. I continue that passion today as a real estate professional by first and foremost listening.
